**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a highly skilled Manager, Assets and Facilities to lead the management of our assets and facilities. This role will be responsible for ensuring our assets, property, and facilities align with the changing business needs of our organisation.

The primary purpose of this role is to manage infrastructure planning and delivery, governance requirements for out-of-scope assets, and reporting against asset utilisation across the agency.

This role also requires providing strong leadership to a team, enhancing their capability to meet future requirements. You will need to manage properties and facilities projects effectively, ensuring timely and budget-friendly delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic and operational infrastructure planning and delivery
  • Management of governance requirements for out-of-scope assets
  • Reporting against asset utilisation across the agency
  • Providing strong leadership to a team

Required Skills and Qualifications:

You must have a technical qualification in asset management, property, and facility management. A degree in Property, Asset Management, or Facility Management, or a trade certificate in Trade would be highly desirable. Additionally, training/experience in managing substantial projects and contracts, as well as managerial experience leading a small team, would be beneficial.
