We are seeking a dynamic and experienced professional to join our team as an Asset Management Expert. As a leader in asset management, you will be responsible for overseeing the long-term sustainability of assets while meeting contractual, legislative, and operational requirements.

The key responsibilities of this role include:

  • Lead and manage a team to deliver high-quality asset management services
  • Oversee maintenance activities and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations
  • Collaborate with national teams to standardise processes and improve operational efficiencies
  • Identify and mitigate risks to safeguard assets and ensure residents' wellbeing
Key Skills and Qualifications
  • Proven experience leading, mentoring, and motivating a team to achieve high-quality outcomes
  • Demonstrated expertise in managing large asset portfolios, ensuring compliance with relevant standards and legislation
  • Strong background in planning and delivering maintenance works and capital upgrades within scope, time, and budget
  • Skilled in contractor and supplier management, ensuring successful project delivery
