Job Title: Shift Manager

As a shift manager, you play a vital role in championing our site's objectives and ensuring the health, safety, and well-being of our colleagues.

Our ideal candidate will have a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences and be committed to driving continuous improvement across all aspects of the business.

  • Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure compliance with all health and safety procedures and safe systems of work

• Support health and safety initiatives such as zero accident behaviour

• Manage colleague issues with empathy and discretion, escalating to HR where necessary

• Oversee the management of departments, including direct reports and the colleague population

• Ensure departmental and individual performance meets with locally agreed expectations, including SLAs

• Utilise root cause analysis to drive continuous improvement, including health and safety

• Be a champion for the culture of continuous improvement, focusing on the delivery of exceptional customer experiences

  • Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Passionate towards achieving results

• Experience working to and implementing strict health and safety policies

• Experience managing a team

• Knowledge of effective root cause analysis processes and ability to implement positive outcomes
