As an experienced Finance and Accounting professional, you will play a pivotal role in driving the operational and financial performance of our organisation through financial modelling, analysis and reporting. You will be responsible for delivering the group forecast and owning the provision and accuracy of financial data.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop reports and presentations to effectively communicate how our core operating and financial drivers are performing relative to budget and market guidance.">
  • Identify trends and provide actionable insights to senior leadership and stakeholders.">
  • Partner with team members to standardise forecasting processes and ensure accurate forecast communication across the team.">
  • Act as a Finance Business Partner to dedicated departments.">
  • Contribute to Executive and Board reporting with insightful driver-based analysis.">
  • Assist with formulating budgetary practices and guidelines.">
  • Creation and review of financial models to support business cases.">

Requirements:

  • ">
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Mathematics or a related field.">
  • Expert proficiency in financial modelling and MS Excel (incl. macros) to translate commercial performance drivers into flexible modelling tools.">
  • Proficiency in data visualisation tools and reporting platforms.">
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and derive actionable insights.">
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.">
  • Demonstrated commercial acumen with the ability to advise key decision makers on business dynamics and drivers.">
  • Proven experience connecting business performance drivers to customer and shareholder value creation.">
  • Understanding of accounting concepts and reporting techniques.">
