Donor and Surrogacy Nurse

We are seeking an experienced nurse to join our Donor and Surrogacy Program as a Donor and Surrogacy Nurse. This is a critical role in providing high-quality nursing care to patients undergoing treatment with donor gametes, overseeing the management of surrogate cycles, and supporting clinic staff in delivering exceptional patient experiences.


  • Deliver quality nursing care for patients receiving treatment with donor gametes, ensuring their physical and emotional needs are met throughout the process.
  • Oversee the management of surrogate cycles, coordinating communication between intending parents and all relevant parties involved.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless delivery of care and exceptional patient outcomes.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • Division 1 Nurse registration with AHPRA.
  • A comprehensive understanding of ART and fertility legislations and guidelines.
  • Fertility nurse experience, particularly in donor and/or surrogacy services.
  • The ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and a commitment to delivering outstanding patient experiences.
