Senior Content Specialist

This role is part of a high-performing team responsible for creating and refining assessments that evaluate the skills and abilities required for success in various professions. As a Senior Content Specialist, you will play a crucial part in shaping these assessments to ensure they are accurate, fair, and reliable.

About the Role
  • You will be working closely with peers who specialize in test compilation and review, learning directly from their expertise as you build your own.
  • You will collaborate with scenario developers and production specialists to design prompts and produce video content that brings scenarios to life.
  • You will work with researchers and psychometricians to ensure that Casper measures the right skills fairly and reliably.
Required Skills and Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have:

  • a strong background in written English, with excellent grammar, clarity, and nuance;
  • professional experience creating structured learning or written materials, such as curriculum design, teaching, training, editing, or content development;
  • an eye for detail, strong organizational skills, and the reliability it takes to manage recurring, process-heavy work;
  • a track record of managing detail-heavy work where accuracy and clarity mattered;
  • experience structuring workflow, delivering recurring outputs on schedule, and meeting deadlines independently;
  • a history of seeking out and applying feedback to improve both work and shared outcomes;
  • examples of working closely with peers or cross-functional partners, balancing own perspective with openness to others;
  • experience adjusting to shifting priorities, evolving processes, or new tools, bringing a steady, solutions-focused mindset in moments of change;
  • evidence of contributing to supportive, respectful teams where people feel safe to learn and grow.
