Key Responsibilities

This role involves supporting the planning, implementation and evaluation of brand content strategies across digital channels.

  • Translate complex content by storytelling and understanding audience profiles to increase engagement
  • Champion the role of brand and content, guiding creative direction for key stakeholders with an omnichannel approach
  • Identify and implement opportunities for improvements in content creation through emerging technologies

You will deliver an approach that creates highly engaging content for defined target audiences that showcase our services, whilst advocating for people with disability.

About The Role

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Tertiary qualifications in Marketing, Business or Communications
  • Strong understanding of SEO principles and digital marketing trends
  • Strong copywriting and storytelling skills
  • Proven track record in developing engaging content such as copy, images, video, blogs, eDMs for website and other channels
  • Experience in channel integration
  • Thorough knowledge of marketing principles and best practices within a large organisation
  • Project management experience and an understanding of emerging technology trends
  • Stakeholder management skills within a large, complex organisation
