Key Responsibilities

  • Champion best practice in Business Intelligence reporting within the team and promote it to the wider business community.
  • Coach team members on Business Intelligence reporting technical skills when required.
  • Triage Business Intelligence reporting issues and assign work to the team according to their capability.
  • Liaise with stakeholders to uncover true needs of Business Intelligence solutions.
  • Engage power users to understand business context and provide Business Intelligence consultancy accordingly.
  • Built robust data models to be consumed by reports/dashboard.
  • Develop high-quality business intelligence reports/dashboard according to requirement.
  • Coordinate, prepare and lead BI Analytics training programs to increase organisational data literacy.
  • Influence and educate users on best practice in self-service reporting.
  • Enhance customer experience with BI solutions by providing timely and customer-centric resolution to technical issues.
  • Collaborate with other digital stakeholders/project teams to deliver high-quality BI analytics solutions.
  • Ensure BI solutions maintainability by keeping up-to-date documentation and conducting peer review on BI solutions.
