About the Role

We are seeking a qualified and experienced Early Childhood Teacher to lead our preschool room, providing high-quality education and care to our children.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the daily operations of the preschool room, ensuring a safe and engaging environment for children and staff.
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive early learning program that aligns with the National Quality Standards and the Early Years Learning Framework.
  • Supervise and support a team of educators, promoting a culture of continuous improvement and professional development.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless communication and effective teamwork.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field.
  • Current Working with Vulnerable People Check.
  • Knowledge of the National Quality Standards and the Early Years Learning Framework.
  • Proven experience in a similar role, with a strong track record of delivering high-quality programs and services.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
  • Current Senior First Aid Certificate.
  • Asthma and Anaphylaxis certificates (desired).
