We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Program Director to lead our Early Childhood Education team at Capital Region Community Services Ltd.

This is an exciting opportunity for a dedicated and passionate professional to join our organisation and make a real difference in the lives of children and families in the Belconnen community.

Key Responsibilities
  • To oversee the development and implementation of high-quality early childhood education programs that reflect the principles and practices of the Early Years Learning Framework or My Time Our Place Framework.
  • To provide leadership and guidance to educators, ensuring they have the necessary support and resources to deliver excellent care and education to children.
  • To manage health and safety, quality programming, and documentation in line with QA1 and day-to-day operations such as medical management, provision of food and water requirements, supervision of children, etc.
Requirements
  • An ACECQA-approved qualification (Diploma or Bachelor degree) in Early Childhood Education.
  • Prior experience in a similar role would be advantageous.
  • Possess the personal attributes of optimism, resilience, and flexibility.
  • Demonstrated understanding of the Education and Care Services National Law, Regulations, Framework, and Standards.
