Enterprise Risk Manager

We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Risk Manager to develop and implement our organisation's risk management framework.

This is a permanent, full-time position based in Brisbane CBD, offering a competitive salary and hybrid work options.

The successful candidate will have extensive experience in managing risks within a large organisation, with advanced skills in influencing, negotiating, and consulting with stakeholders.

You'll lead initiatives to enhance our Risk Management System, including digital solutions, and coach and mentor professionals to build organisational capability.

We're looking for someone who can provide strategic advice on risk and assurance, leveraging industry benchmarks and data-driven insights, and has expertise in designing and implementing simplified digital solutions.

  • Provide expert advice on risk and assurance to support continuous improvement
  • Influence organisational culture and practices through consultation and engagement with stakeholders
  • Lead enhancements to the Risk Management System, including digital solutions
  • Coach and mentor professionals to build organisational capability
