Job Overview

This is a unique opportunity to be part of a friendly and supportive team where everyone contributes ideas and drives outcomes. As a Customer Success Manager, you will be instrumental in the client's journey, enabling them to use our solution to achieve their objectives through relationship management, coaching, training, and expert advice.

You will maintain high customer retention levels, identify new business opportunities, and work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of client commitments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strong understanding of strata business processes and the importance of strata software and technology
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to build trusted stakeholder relationships
  • Well-established knowledge of software migration, project management, and timelines
  • Presentational and training skills to drive new and existing business
