The Opportunity:
We are seeking a highly skilled Credit Controller to fill this permanent full-time position. You will be part of a close-knit, well-experienced team, reporting directly to the National Credit Supervisor and responsible for maintaining debtors within the company's policy guidelines.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Manage debtor accounts to ensure timely collection of outstanding amounts and maintain debts at acceptable levels.
- Develop relationships with customers, internal and external stakeholders to facilitate cash collections through proactive and reactive communication.
- Manage disputes by following up or escalating as necessary.
- Produce accurate and timely reports to monitor accounts.
Requirements:
- A minimum of one year's experience in credit control or accounts receivable.
- Experience using Excel software.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
