About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic Client Support Officer to join our dynamic AU Support team at Compass Education. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and support to our Enterprise and Independent school clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide expert support and assistance to internal and external stakeholders on the Compass Platform.
  • Manage high-priority issues and provide solutions to complex support queries.
  • Work closely with the Support Manager and Supervisors to ensure seamless support delivery.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients through effective communication and issue resolution.
  • Collaborate with the Product and Customer Success Teams to escalate issues and provide recommendations for product enhancements.
  • Provide support via various channels, including LiveChat, Phone, and Email.
  • Assist L1 and L2 team members by sharing knowledge and taking on escalated issues.
Requirements
  • Demonstrate a service-oriented approach to helping customers.
  • Be enthusiastic and motivated, with a positive attitude and good initiative.
  • Have strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Have strong attention to detail and ability to see tasks through to conclusion.
