About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic Client Support Officer to join our dynamic AU Support team at Compass Education. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and support to our Enterprise and Independent school clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide expert support and assistance to clients via various channels, including phone, email, and live chat.
  • Manage tickets and ensure timely resolution of high-priority issues, while maintaining excellent communication with clients.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including Product and Customer Success, to escalate issues and provide recommendations for resolutions.
  • Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of the Compass Platform to provide accurate and effective support.
  • Work closely with the Support Leadership team to identify opportunities for process improvements and product enhancements.
Requirements
  • Excellent customer service skills and a passion for delivering exceptional support.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical information in a clear and concise manner.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.
