Training and Development Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Training and Assessment professional to deliver high-quality training programs and assessments in the resource sector.

About the Role

As a Training and Assessor, you will be responsible for creating engaging learning experiences that meet the needs of our clients. To succeed in this role, you will possess strong communication and presentation skills, be self-motivated, and have strong time management and organisational skills.

  • Hold a Certificate IV in Training & Assessment (or higher)
  • Have proven experience in facilitation
  • Be comfortable with digital devices (laptop, iPad, etc.)

The ideal candidate will also have relevant competencies or equivalent experience, including First Aid, Advanced First Aid, CPR/LVR, Advanced CPR, Pain Management, Working At Heights and Confined Space.
