Join Our Team as a Trainer/Assessor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Trainer/Assessor to join our team. As a Trainer/Assessor, you will play a critical role in delivering high-quality training and assessment services to our apprentices.

About the Role:
  • Deliver engaging and effective training in Air-Conditioning, Refrigeration, and Appliance Services
  • Guide apprentices as they build confidence and hands-on skills
  • Build strong relationships with students and employers to drive learning outcomes
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • A trade qualification in Air-Conditioning and Refrigeration
  • Refrigerant Handling License and Restricted Electrical License
  • Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40116 or TAE40122)
  • Up-to-date industry experience
  • Strong communication, time management, and mentoring skills
