Business Analyst Job Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced IT professional with proven ability to gather and translate business requirements into effective technical solutions.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Gather and document business requirements, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders and technical teams to develop practical business solutions.
  • Support the creation and execution of test plans and assist with defect resolution.
  • Contribute to data mapping, cleansing, and migration while maintaining governance standards.
  • Identify system enhancements, automation opportunities, and process improvements.
  • Engage with stakeholders to resolve issues and ensure solutions meet business needs.
  • Undertake additional duties as required.

About the Role:

  • Full-time or part-time opportunity available.
  • Temporary 3-year contract with option for part-time or full-time work (21-35 hours per week).

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong skills in process mapping, documentation, testing, and stakeholder engagement.
  • Experience in IT projects and software implementation.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and collaboration skills.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft technologies, TechnologyOne ERP, or local government systems is highly regarded.
