Job Title: Junior Business Development Manager – NDIS Transport Services

About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and skilled Junior Business Development Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for expanding our footprint within the NDIS by building relationships with participants, Support Coordinators, and providers.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone looking to kick-start their career in business development while making a meaningful impact in both the transport and community services sectors.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Actively engage with NDIS Support Coordinators, participants, Plan Managers, and other stakeholders to promote our transport services
  • Conduct outreach via cold calls, emails, networking, and attendance at industry events
  • Deliver tailored proposals and quotes to NDIS participants and other potential clients
  • Build and manage a pipeline of repeat and high-value clients
  • Maintain accurate records of all interactions in the CRM system
  • Support the broader sales team with strategic initiatives and insights from the field
Requirements
  • Essential Skills and Qualifications:
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Confidence in cold calling and face-to-face engagement
  • Highly organized and self-motivated, with a willingness to learn
  • Prior experience in sales, customer service, or outreach roles is advantageous but not required
