About Our Job
Role OverviewWe are seeking a skilled Site Operations Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating day-to-day workflow and supporting the development of your colleagues.
Key Responsibilities:- Coordinate site operations and ensure efficient delivery of services
- Develop and maintain relationships with growers, customers, and internal stakeholders
- Assist in budget implementation and review, and participate in financial planning to achieve site targets
- Support resource planning for peak and off-peak periods
- Plan and execute maintenance, grain protection, safety, and quality activities
During peak harvest intake periods, you will supervise a large seasonal workforce across multiple sites.
