Advanced Practitioner

We are seeking a highly skilled Advanced Practitioner to join our team.

  • This is a dynamic role that involves managing a diverse caseload of complex and high-risk individuals.
  • The successful candidate will have exceptional client engagement and case management skills, including sound interviewing skills and establishment of goals and objectives with complex individuals.

About the Role

This position plays a pivotal role in helping service users successfully complete their orders while safeguarding community safety.

The Advanced Practitioner will be responsible for leading and mentoring staff across case management and CAPS streams, strengthening their capacity to deliver high-quality services to stakeholders in the sentencing process.

  • This includes delivering an integrated through-care approach, supporting individuals as they transition from prison to community-based orders, in collaboration with internal and external service providers.
  • The successful candidate will need to have strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills, excellent time management and organisation skills, and the ability to balance competing priorities.

Requirements

  • Excellent verbal communication skills and confidence in dealing with people exhibiting challenging behaviours.
  • A proven track record of leading and mentoring staff to achieve their best.
  • Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
  • Excellent time management and organisation skills with the ability to balance competing priorities.
