About This Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Solicitor or Senior Solicitor with extensive experience in Family Law and Wills & Estates to join our team in Echuca, Swan Hill, or Cohuna. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing exceptional client service and be able to manage multiple cases independently.

Key Responsibilities
  • Independently handle client matters from start to finish, including court appearances when necessary
  • Provide high-quality client service by building strong relationships based on trust and empathy
  • Collaborate with the team while maintaining autonomy in your work

You will have the opportunity to work in a hybrid environment, splitting your time between remote work and spending 2-3 days per week in our Echuca office. Our Administration Team is available to support you in managing your workload and focusing on tasks that add the most value.

Requirements
  • Australian working rights are essential
  • Proven experience in Family Law and Wills & Estates, handling matters independently is crucial
  • Strong client-focused approach with empathy and care at the core of your practice
  • Excellent tech skills to efficiently manage file load and client needs
  • Strong time management and sense of ownership over your work
