We are seeking a highly skilled finance professional to join our team as a Financial Consultant.

Job Overview

This is an exciting opportunity to drive financial outcomes, commercial margins, and overall profitability of the Assistance business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and deliver timely, accurate monthly management reports and financial analysis.
  • Manage the preparation of budgets and forecasts for the Assistance business.
  • Provide strategic financial consultation to senior leaders to optimise financial outcomes and profitability.
  • Maintain oversight of financial ledgers to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Complete all end-of-month processes and ensure cost-effective strategies are followed.
  • Influence senior stakeholders in improving the financial performance of their business unit, taking a holistic business consultant approach.
  • Coordinate all financial reporting and management accounts in consultation with the Group Finance team.
Requirements
  • Extensive experience in preparation and delivery of financial analysis, cost benefit analysis, management reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, communication (verbal and written), and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong financial and analytical skills with an ability to influence decisions based on data.
  • A proactive and collaborative approach with a focus on building relationships.
  • Working knowledge of financial and business intelligence systems.
  • Qualified CPA/CA/CIMA or equivalent membership is preferred.
