Key Responsibilities:- Assess insurable risks, design tailored insurance solutions, and negotiate the best deals in the global insurance market
- Build and maintain strong relationships with underwriting partners
- Manage your own budget, sales plan, and debtors
- Mentor and coach junior team members to support their growth
- Drive new business development and expand the company's footprint

- A minimum of 3 years' experience in managing commercial, corporate, or multinational clients
