Delivering Exceptional Care in Aged Care Setting
We are seeking a passionate and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team. As Australia's largest regional aged care and dementia provider, we pride ourselves on delivering world-class care that makes a real difference in the lives of our residents.
The successful candidate will be a key member of our tight-knit team, working collaboratively with colleagues to deliver exceptional care and support to our residents. With a strong focus on resident-centered care, we empower our nurses to contribute to improvements that better support our residents to live longer, healthier, and happier lives.
This is a full-time permanent position covering a maternity leave until February 2026. We offer a range of benefits, including free select health insurance products, free telehealth GP appointments, and comprehensive induction and buddy programs.
To be successful in this role, you will possess:
- A passion and energy for world-class care
- AHPRA registration as a Div 1 Registered Nurse – Essential
- Ability to work as part of a tight-knit team and delegate effectively
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A strong understanding of Resident Rights, and Aged Care Accreditation Standards and their Outcomes
