About the Role

We are seeking a skilled professional to manage container yard operations, ensuring safe and efficient loading and unloading of intermodal containers.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for stacking and unstacking intermodal containers and chassis, following established yard plans.

Additionally, they will unload and load Intermodal containers from and on to chassis, working with gate staff and supporting shop activities.

Main Responsibilities
  • Manage the container yard, organizing and optimizing workflows for maximum efficiency.
  • Stack and unstack intermodal containers and chassis, adhering to established safety protocols.
  • Unload and load Intermodal containers from and on to chassis, collaborating with gate staff and supporting shop activities.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Able to lift a minimum of 50 lbs and work in various weather conditions.
