**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Lead the planning and status reporting for a team of approximately 250 individuals.
  • Provide valuable insights to guide strategic decision-making at the executive level.
  • Manage risks, issues, assumptions, and dependencies to ensure proactive challenge resolution.
  • Identify and rectify critical issues through coaching or direct involvement.
  • Enhance delivery practices by upskilling and coaching individuals in delivery roles.
  • Drive continuous improvement in delivery processes and metrics to contribute to overall success and growth.

**Required Skills and Qualifications:**

  • Excellent critical thinking, time management, and prioritization skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with adaptability across executive and technical audiences.
  • Proven experience leading large, complex initiatives and programs of work.
  • Demonstrated success driving continuous improvement, fostering innovation, and optimization.
  • Deep understanding of program metrics and reporting tailored for senior executive audiences.
  • Extensive planning and estimation experience with resource allocation for successful project delivery.
