Job Description

We are seeking an Enterprise Software Specialist to join our Information Technology Team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for the technical ownership of a large suite of applications, including enterprise applications run firm-wide through to niche applications that service specific parts of the firm.

This role will provide excellent experience collaborating with different areas of the business, and assist the internal team to continually build on and improve existing processes and technology.

Your Key Duties Will Include:

  • Providing application support, including maintenance, and ensuring stability, performance, reliability, and security as required with a focus on continual improvement.
  • Building relationships with key stakeholders – internal and external.
  • Standardizing and streamlining support processes across applications.
  • Creating and maintaining adequate documentation across applications.
  • Participating in initiatives and projects, working as technical lead/SME to implement 'fit for purpose' solutions.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have the following technical experience:

  • Enterprise Document Management System (DMS) support experience.
  • Web server and application support experience, such as IIS.
  • Active Directory and Microsoft environment experience.
  • Knowledge and experience implementing enterprise-grade solutions.
  • Ability to build relationships with and manage vendors effectively, including managing support arrangements and SLA's.
  • Experience working with the Microsoft PowerPlatform (i.e. PowerBI, PowerApps, PowerAutomate, Dynamics).
