Job Title: Finance and Payroll Officer

As a finance professional, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our financial systems. This exciting opportunity combines traditional finance work with operational oversight, offering a broad remit for a proactive individual.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process end-to-end payroll using KeyPay experience preferred.
  • Manage PAYG, FBT, super and monthly/quarterly commissions reporting.
  • Conduct reconciliations including bank, payroll, vehicle disposals, Stripe and more.
  • Raise purchase orders, process invoices, manage settlements and assist with budgeting.
  • Support audit tasks and compliance across procurement.
  • Liaise with fleet, finance and insurance teams on sales, regos, total loss reporting and asset tracking.
  • Coordinate payroll onboarding and train staff on rostering where needed.
  • Maintain key fleet and payroll data including VINs, regos, expiry dates and company ownership.

Requirements:

  • 1–3 years' experience in finance or payroll.
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or Business preferred.
  • Familiarity with KeyPay, Stripe and accounting systems a bonus.
  • Strong attention to detail, time management and communication skills.
  • Ability to identify issues, solve problems and enhance processes.
  • Comfortable working across finance, fleet and operational teams.
