About Us

Lifestyle Solutions provides Out-of-Home Care services to children and young people aged 0-18. Our tailored support meets the individual and often complex needs of the children and young people we care for, providing them with safe, stable, and secure homes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide a safe and nurturing environment for children and young people to develop to their full potential.
  • Support the goals established in the child or young person's Individual Care Plan, which includes the 9 dimensions of well-being.
  • Monitor and report health issues for each child or young person and respond to their individual health needs.
  • Assist children and young people to connect with their culture or religion, including participating in activities such as going out bush or supporting return to country trips.
  • Work collaboratively with schools to identify barriers to positive engagement in education and facilitate learning from home activities.
  • Participate in social and recreational activities with children and young people, such as playing games, going fishing, and crafts.
Requirements
  • Experience working with children and young people, particularly in therapeutic environments.
  • Located within the Pilbara region.
  • A positive, resilient attitude and a commitment to making a difference.
  • A relevant diploma qualification or equivalent experience.
  • A valid driver's license and willingness to work a week-on, week-off roster, including sleepover shifts.
  • Experience working with children and young people with complex trauma or in Out-of-Home Care.
