Career Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join our team at Albany Home as a Permanent Part-Time member. As a key member of our care team, you will play a vital role in supporting positive outcomes for our residents.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate professional care practices according to individual care plans and documented policies and procedures
  • Safely administer medication
  • Maintain accurate clinical documentation
  • Ensure adherence to national standards and legal requirements
  • Engage with residents on a daily basis
Requirements:
  • Aged care experience in Australia, preferably within the last 5 years
  • Proven ability to work effectively in a team environment and autonomously
  • Proactive approach to work with a genuine interest in elderly care
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to lead and supervise others
  • Knowledge of computerised nursing care plans

Salary Range: $65,000 - $85,000 per annum
