Business Development Marketing Professional

We are seeking a skilled Marketing Specialist to contribute to the development and implementation of local marketing strategies.
The ideal candidate will have expertise in developing, driving and implementing marketing strategies, programs and activities. Key responsibilities include assisting in divisional channel programs, including new product launches and preparation of local market collateral, providing assistance with distributor pricing programs and implementation, regional marketing communication requirements, lead generation and digital marketing programs.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
- Essential:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communication or related field.
- At least 4 years of experience in marketing, with ability to develop, query and maintain databases across various platforms.
- Effective oral, written and interpersonal communication skills.
- Detailed and analytical mindset with strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Ability to organize, prioritize and implement multiple and/or complex programs.
- Aptitude to learn and use computer support tools.
- Willingsness to travel.
- Desirable:
- Experience in industrial consumer product marketing, such as tooling, paint, etc.
- Previous experience working with sales, marketing and distribution channels.
- Familiarity with Adobe Cloud and Microsoft Office.
- Experience with IFS.
