Employee Relations Policy Specialist

This is a permanent opportunity where you will lead key workstreams within strategic ER projects, including wage compliance, following agreed project delivery methods and people engagement practices.
You will provide reliable advice on employee relations in compliance with Australian law. This role requires experience as an ER practitioner in a complex commercial organization, preferably across multiple jurisdictions, with complex clients, advice, and employment arrangements.
The ideal candidate will have experience in payroll wage compliance initiatives to ensure employee entitlements are compliant with industrial instruments. Additionally, they should be able to lead projects and change management, including working with cross-functional teams.
The Employee Relations Policy Specialist will have strong analytical skills, including advanced Excel and data analysis skills. They will also be experienced in working in an agile environment, exercising good judgment with incomplete information.
