job description With over 200 centres nationwide, this growing organisation in the education sector is on the hunt for a Employee Relations Specialist to lead case management and drive a positive, compliant workplace culture.
You'll be backed by an experienced HR team, gain exposure across multiple HR streams, and enjoy real flexibility, including WFH options and clear career growth pathways (If that is what you're after).
This role is initially 12 months fixed-term with the potential for permanency.
Key Responsibilities:Provide expert advice on employee relations, performance management, and industrial relations issues.Lead and manage employee casework, including disciplinary actions, performance management, and conflict resolution.Support and manage workplace conflict resolution and provide coaching for managers.Ensure compliance with relevant employment laws, including Fair Work and Workplace Health and Safety.Partner with senior leadership to drive HR strategy and cultural initiatives.Contribute to the development and continuous improvement of HR policies and procedures.Qualifications & Experience:Proven experience in workplace relations, employee performance management, and compliance.Strong knowledge of employment legislation, industrial relations, and HR best practices.Excellent communication and negotiation skills with the ability to build strong relationships at all levels.Ability to manage complex cases and work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.This is a fantastic opportunity to make a real impact in a nationwide organisation that values employee well-being and professional development.
