Create impact as a Specialist in Employee Relations Policy & Governance.

YOUR ROLE

As a Specialist in the Employee Relations Policy & Governance team, you will provide reliable advice on employee relations in compliance with Australian law.

You will lead key workstreams within strategic ER projects, including wage compliance, following agreed project delivery methods and people engagement practices. Additionally, you'll monitor progress, report, track, and manage risks to ensure quality.

This is a permanent opportunity based in Gadigal Country (Sydney).

ABOUT YOU

  • Proven experience as an ER practitioner in a complex commercial organization, preferably across multiple jurisdictions, with complex clients, advice, and employment arrangements.
  • Experience in payroll wage compliance initiatives to ensure employee entitlements are compliant with industrial instruments.
  • Experience in project and change management, including working with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong analytical skills, including advanced Excel and data analysis skills.
  • Experience working in an agile environment, exercising good judgment with incomplete information.
  • Strategic and pragmatic mindset – able to anticipate issues and actively resolve them.
  • Ability to influence stakeholders at various organizational levels.
  • Proven ability to stay updated on external environment changes and translate them internally.
