Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Project Contract Manager to lead our contract performance in Perth, Australia.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team and leverage your experience in managing contractual performance, including KPI monitoring and contract review meetings.

Your Key Responsibilities

Contract Performance Management

Identify and address contract risks through effective remediation strategies.

Liaise with our Legal team to manage dispute resolutions in compliance with contractual processes.

Conduct contract administration, supplier evaluation, and ensure adherence to agreed service levels and obligations.

Commercial Expertise

Sourcing processes, variations, and new supplier services while providing expert contractual advice.

Proactively identify and manage risks to maximise contract value and compliance.

Relationship Building

Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders and suppliers to minimise risk, resolve issues, and enhance contract value.

Requirements

A minimum of 5-8 years of experience in project or contractual engineering, preferably on large construction projects.

Demonstrated ability to manage contracts on major projects with strong attention to detail and organisational skills.

Proven analytical skills for addressing contractual and legal issues effectively.

Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills, with a successful dispute resolution track record.

Excellent written and verbal communication, including effective presentation skills.

Leadership skills to inspire and guide teams while ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.

Proficiency in MS Office and competent in planning and organising work schedules.
