Project Coordinator Position

We are seeking an experienced Contract Administrator to work on high-profile construction projects in Perth. As part of our professional team, you will be responsible for managing contract administration processes from preparation to monitoring.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Review and analyze contract terms for compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements
  • Collaborate with project managers to ensure timely contract execution
  • Resolve issues related to contract compliance and negotiate with vendors as necessary
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date contract documentation
  • Improve contract processes and procedures to enhance efficiency and productivity

Key Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or a related field such as law or business administration
  • 3-5 years of experience in contract administration, preferably in the construction industry
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with strong attention to detail
  • Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders and vendors
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and contract management software
