### Recruitment

* Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies.
* Source, screen, and interview candidates to identify the best talent for our organization.
* Ensure a smooth and positive onboarding experience for new hires.

### Workforce Planning

* Analyze current workforce trends and identify future staffing requirements.
* Develop workforce plans that align with our strategic objectives.
* Drive initiatives to address skill gaps and talent development.
* Support the design and implementation of performance management processes.
* Provide guidance to managers and employees on performance improvement and development plans.
* Conduct regular performance reviews and facilitate goal-setting conversations.

### Remuneration Reviews

* Collaborate with compensation specialists to ensure competitive and fair compensation packages.
* Conduct market research to benchmark our compensation practices.
* Assist in the administration of salary reviews and bonus programs.

### Employee Relations

* Serve as a trusted advisor to both employees and leaders on a wide range of HR matters.
* Mediate and resolve employee conflicts and issues, promoting a positive work environment.
* Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.

### Strategic Initiatives

* Work closely with the broader P&C team to support the implementation of strategic HR initiatives.
* Contribute to the development of innovative HR programs and policies.

### Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
* Proven experience in HR roles, demonstrating a deep understanding of HR best practices.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to influence and collaborate effectively with leaders at all levels.
* Exceptional problem-solving and analytical abilities.
