Senior People Experience Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Specialist – People Experience to join our team at Kinetic. As a key member of our Central Queensland business, you will play a pivotal role in providing strategic guidance and operational support on all people-related matters to leaders across the organization.
Key Responsibilities- Partner with leaders to cultivate an exceptional people experience for all team members, driving strategic people planning and contributing to transformational initiatives aligned with the company's mission and values.
- Assist leaders in developing and implementing HR-related programs, such as rewards and recognition, employee development initiatives, and change management strategies.
- Coach business leaders and managers on best practices in people management, including policies, programs, and tactics.
- Contribute to the development of the annual People and Culture (P&C) strategic plan, ensuring alignment with the company's overall business objectives.
- Lead the driver training function in the region, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
- Significant human resources experience or equivalent education and experience.
- Previous experience in a HR Business Partner, Generalist, or related high-level specialist role.
- Strong consultation skills with experience influencing and interacting with executives.
- Thorough knowledge of human resource management practices and employment-related legislation.
- Demonstrated HR experience in a multi-business unit environment.
- Proficiency in coaching, mediating, influencing, facilitation, presentation, communication, analysis, and problem-solving.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills with the ability to communicate complex ideas effectively and exercise professional judgment.
