Dynamics 365 Business Improvement Specialist

This is a challenging opportunity to lead business improvement initiatives using Dynamics 365.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Determine client needs and translate them into functional designs for configuration and customization
  • Configure entities, forms, workflows, business rules, and security roles within Dynamics 365
  • Deliver end-user training and ongoing support for successful system adoption
  • Participate in system testing by creating and executing test cases
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues during implementation and post-launch support
  • Stay current on the latest Dynamics 365 features, offering strategic recommendations
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely, quality delivery
Pre-Sales Support
  • Support pre-sales activities, coaching and mentoring junior team members
  • Validate solutions, costings, and project plans without direct delivery responsibilities
Requirements
  • Proven experience managing and delivering Dynamics 365 customer engagements ideally within consulting/professional services
  • Deep knowledge of Dynamics 365 and hands-on implementation expertise
  • Excellent leadership skills able to inspire and guide diverse teams
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships
  • Strong problem-solving decision-making skills and a strategic mindset
  • Experience with agile methodologies and project management tools
  • Relevant Dynamics 365 certifications highly desirable
  • Willingness to travel to client sites as needed
