The ideal candidate will have advanced nursing skills and experience in specialist areas such as continence management, wound care, medication management, and comprehensive assessments.

You will be working closely with the Clinical Care Manager to set clinical standards that reflect best practice and provide supervision to Registered Nurses and non-registered nursing personnel.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in setting clinical standards and guidelines
  • Lead and develop direct care employees through training and direction
  • Provide supervision and mentorship to Registered Nurses and non-registered nursing personnel
  • Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to achieve excellent patient outcomes

Requirements:

  • Current registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA)
  • Current NDIS Worker Screening Check
  • Be vaccinated against Influenza & at least 1 dose of Covid-19 vaccine
  • Current CPR Certificate
  • Intermediate to advanced computer skills
  • Sound clinical knowledge and good communication skills
