Develop and foster positive relationships with retail and commercial tenants, oversee administrative functions, and support the management team to present the building and deliver "best in class" services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Proactively communicate with tenants using various approved building media for commercial and retail
  • Lead the management team in developing and executing site-specific tenant engagement strategies
  • Manage front-of-house digital platforms, including lift screens and directory boards
  • Act as the primary point of contact for tenant-related enquiries and provide feedback
  • Handle general property administration, invoice processing, arrears management, daily receipting, and allocations
  • Support the site team with new site initiatives, such as sustainability projects, events, and tenant engagement
  • Assist with budget preparation, outgoings recoveries, forecasts, quarterly reports, and outgoings statements

What We're Looking For:

You'll have a passion for communicating with people at all levels and be comfortable mixing with stakeholders from any background. Prior building management team experience in a premium asset is ideal, or experience in tenant/customer service, placemaking, marketing, or events management.

A great attitude, superior interpersonal and relationship-building skills are essential, and providing 6-star service comes naturally to you. Strong computer skills, including MS Office, are required, and a First Aid Officer certification or willingness to undertake training is desirable.
