The Senior Property Services Manager will be responsible for the day-to-day running of operational aspects of the property, and the implementation and adherence to established policies and procedures.

The site contractors and operational staff are actively involved in overseeing ongoing maintenance and refinements to the building's operation in a process of continual improvement.

The JLL property management team works through the commitment and engagement of the site contractors, building owners, retail tenants, and office tenants.

The role will be working in the Operations and Engineering team under the guidance of the Head of Operations, Engineering, and Sustainability for the property, with support from the National Operations Team within JLL.

A key component of this role will be the supervision of weekend works that align with the main tenant's need to retain full reliability for all critical services, including mechanical, electrical, and lift services during extended operating hours.

What we're looking for

You have experience in commercial property operations, facilities, and building services management and have delivered large capital projects in A-Grade commercial towers.

Strong financial acumen is required with knowledge of local occupational health and safety requirements, critical facilities, and vendor management for specialized services.

Sound understanding of technical aspects of property (Central Plant systems, Fire Protection system, Mechanical systems, Electrical system, BMS systems, Lift Systems) is required with the ability to deal with a variety of issues concurrently within tight operational deadlines.

The ability to think strategically and develop innovative solutions is essential, and we expect our chosen candidate to be senior and experienced enough to make key decisions and capable of self-managing.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills are essential.
