JLL is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Tenant Services Manager to join our team in Sydney, NSW. As a key member of our property management team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service to our tenants and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement tenant engagement strategies to enhance the overall tenant experience
  • Manage front-of-house digital platforms, including lift screens and directory boards
  • Act as the primary point of contact for tenant-related enquiries and provide feedback
  • Assist with property administration tasks, such as invoice processing and arrears management
  • Support the site team with new initiatives, including sustainability projects and events
  • Prepare budgets, outgoings recoveries, forecasts, and quarterly reports

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in building management or a related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Sound computer skills, including MS Office
