About the Role

This is an opportunity to work as a Disability Support Worker, providing person-centred support to NDIS participants in Brisbane North. As a valued member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality services that enhance the independence and well-being of our clients.

Your primary duties will include:

  • Providing domestic assistance and personal care to clients
  • Assisting clients in accessing the community, promoting social inclusion and connection
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should have previous experience supporting individuals with disabilities or mental health issues, possess strong communication skills, and hold relevant qualifications.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Certificate III or above in Disability or a related field
  • Police check
  • Working with Children Check Card (BLUE Card)
  • NDIS Clearance Certificate or Yellow Card
  • Certificate of NDIS Orientation Module
  • Covid-19 Vaccine Certificate (fully vaccinated)
  • Current Queensland driver's license
  • Comprehensive car insurance
