Your Role:

As a Support at Home Worker, you'll deliver responsive, timely, and empowering services for independent living, health, wellness, and happiness.

You'll have various roles available between locations, accommodating casual or part-time work with flexible shifts.

Every client is unique, and you'll help them learn new skills, find hobbies, and achieve goals by facilitating wellness and community activities.

You'll provide social support, care, lifting, mobility, grooming, and other personal care tasks, as well as transport clients to appointments.

Essential Skills:

We require:

  • Certificate III or higher in Health Service Assistance/Individual Support/Aged Care/Community or current nursing degree students with aged care placement.
  • Previous employment experience in aged care or community services.
  • Basic computer skills and accurate documentation.
  • Willingness to work in diverse settings and report to supervisors.
  • Empathy, patience, understanding, sense of humour, and positive approach to aging.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts across Monday to Friday.
