
Administrative Support Specialist

- Report to the Chief Engineer or designate.
- Collaborate with the entire Engineering Department.
- Coordinate with staff from other departments and external contractors and suppliers.
- Prepare accurate purchase orders with correct descriptions and ledger codes.
- Dispatch maintenance requests and follow up on outstanding issues.
- Communicate with resort departments regarding work completion and arrivals of materials.
- Maintain departmental stationery supplies.
- File documentation systematically.
- Assist with End of Month reporting for the Chief Engineer.
- Identify and report areas for improvement.
- Participate in project work as instructed by the Chief Engineer.
- Previous administrative and/or finance experience is essential.
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong organizational and communication skills, both oral and written.
