Financial Trader Position

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to fill the role of Financial Trader, working within our Global ETF Market Making team in Sydney.

The successful candidate will be responsible for executing and managing financial trading strategies across global markets, identifying and capitalizing on pricing inefficiencies between index constituents, ETFs, futures, and custom baskets. They will also collaborate closely with the broader market-making team to develop trade ideas and identify book features predictive of execution costs and short-term price movements.

To succeed in this role, you will need 3+ years of relevant trading experience, strong programming skills in Python, C++, or similar languages, advanced knowledge in probability and statistics, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and a passion for financial markets.

You will also have an advanced degree with outstanding academic performance in a quantitative field such as Mathematics, Physics, Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or Statistics.
