Job Overview

Seeking an experienced Senior Engineering Team Lead to spearhead the development of advanced options pricing and risk calculation features.

This role will involve leading a high-performing team of technologists in designing, implementing, and delivering high-performance solutions for low-latency options market making and trading applications.

Candidates should have expertise in quantitative modeling, technology, and trading, with a strong background in C# and Python development.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent leadership skills, be able to collaborate with traders and Quants, and drive impactful solutions that directly contribute to firm-wide performance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the design and development of low-latency trading applications for options pricing and risk management.
  • Manage and mentor a team of senior software engineers.
  • Partner with traders and quantitative researchers to deliver technical solutions aligned with business needs.
  • Drive the implementation of quantitative models, pricing parameters, and risk calculations for exchange-traded option products.
  • Oversee the full software development lifecycle, from requirements gathering and design to implementation and deployment.
Requirements
  • Masters degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or related discipline.
  • At least 10 years experience in Financial Markets Technology, with a focus on derivatives and quantitative model integration.
  • Strong C# and Python development expertise, including design, profiling, multi-threading, and performance optimization.
  • Deep understanding of quantitative pricing models for options and derivatives products.
  • Proven experience as a technical or team lead, managing senior-level engineers.
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate with traders and Quants to deliver impactful solutions.
