We are seeking an individual with strong investigative and problem-solving skills, able to maintain confidentiality in sensitive matters. As a natural communicator, you will build quality working relationships with various stakeholders and negotiate outcomes within tight deadlines.
- Liaise with insurance providers and internal stakeholders to settle claims appropriately.
- Undertake investigations and compile information for insurers.
- Manage Right to Information (RTI) responses and Motor Vehicle Infringement Notices.
